My main role is to ensure that TIPS develops according to our set of goals and that it adapts to the constant changes in our business context. This means that, in conjunction with clients and production teams, I regularly check that the processes in place at TIPS are adequate to meet the needs of the ever-evolving market.

As proof of our commitment to Quality, I also play the role of Quality Director. In this role, I evaluate all production procedures with our in-house team, looking for ways to improve service and translation quality.

I am probably known for my long e-mails, which usually do not describe the story of my life. But maybe I'll try that one day...
